About the Role
We are in search of a proactive and high-achieving Sales Consultant to strengthen our high-energy performance team. This position centers on fostering relationships with prospective B2B clients, analyzing their specific requirements, and delivering customized solutions to enhance sales performance and client contentment.
Oversee and execute critical duties encompassing strategic planning, operational execution, and performance monitoring to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align resources, allocate budgets, and streamline workflows for optimal results. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through leadership and mentorship. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, ethical guidelines, and company policies while maintaining transparency and open communication.
Each week, initiate contact with a minimum of 80 business-to-business leads to foster potential partnerships and opportunities.
Consistently reach out to leads through telephone and electronic correspondence to gather detailed information regarding project specifications, deadlines, and client expectations.
Craft and dispatch quotations promptly to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
Consistently follow up on quotations to secure closure and resolve any client inquiries or issues promptly.
Schedule and lead conference calls to resolve complex technical issues raised by clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication to address their concerns.
You are responsible for ensuring the precision of sales documentation while meeting or exceeding daily and weekly key performance indicators.
Demonstrate exceptional negotiation abilities to finalize agreements and foster enduring partnerships with clients.
Visit industry conferences and trade shows to discover and cultivate prospective business ventures and partnerships.
Perform comprehensive market research to ensure ongoing awareness of emerging industry trends and competitor developments.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is required. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are expected. Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
A bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated success in high-value sales, ideally within the fiber optic solutions sector, this role demands extensive expertise in driving revenue growth and cultivating client relationships.

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of fiber optic products, including their specifications, applications, and installation procedures. Demonstrates familiarity with various types of fiber optic cables, connectors, and splicing techniques, as well as testing and troubleshooting methods. Applies this expertise to ensure optimal performance and reliability in network infrastructure.
Exceptional aptitude for mediating disputes and devising effective solutions to complex challenges.
