The Partnerships Associate will facilitate the oversight of Chance Kenya’s partner educational institutions (PEI’s) portfolio. Key responsibilities include driving essential partnership management functions to uphold the integrity and long-term viability of our ISA investments. Collaborate with the Partnership Manager to cultivate and sustain robust, enduring partnerships with current collaborators, proactively addressing their requirements while uncovering fresh avenues for growth.
Provide support in the creation, structuring, and administration of partnership agreements and contracts.
Evaluate ongoing partnerships regularly to confirm their alignment with Chance’s mission and long-term strategic goals.
Create detailed engagement strategies for each PEI, specifying regular monthly and quarterly interactions, thorough performance evaluations, and targeted actions for improvement.
Monitor adherence to partnership agreements and verify that PEI’s comply with SLAs, reporting timelines, and system utilization standards.
The position focuses on delivering data analysis, generating comprehensive reports, and providing strategic guidance to support informed decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include compiling and interpreting complex datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and translating findings into actionable insights for leadership. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and experience with reporting frameworks. Additionally, the role requires the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, and contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.
Oversee the maintenance and updates of the partner dashboard and tracker, guaranteeing absolute precision and adherence to monthly reporting requirements.
With data-driven analysis, uncover key trends, pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement, and foster strategic partnerships to drive departmental growth.
Craft comprehensive, structured, and insightful reports detailing the partnership pipeline, progress toward established targets, and critical performance indicators for internal stakeholders.
Offer continuous assistance to PEI personnel regarding system operation, issue escalations, and software updates.
Oversee the yearly audit process for all designated PEI’s, guaranteeing strict adherence to partnership agreements, reporting obligations, and payment schedules.
We provide comprehensive support in disbursement operations and portfolio management to ensure seamless financial transactions and strategic asset oversight. Our responsibilities include processing disbursements accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize fund allocation. Additionally, we monitor portfolio performance, conduct detailed analysis, and generate reports to inform decision-making. Strong attention to detail, proficiency in financial software, and adherence to compliance standards are essential, along with excellent communication and organizational skills to facilitate cross-departmental coordination.
Collaborate closely with Finance, SAM, Communications & Community, Repayments, and Data teams to ensure the prompt and precise distribution of funds to partners.
Verify that all cohorts within the PEI meet compliance requirements for commitment fees and are actively in session prior to processing any disbursements to the PEI.
