Purpose for the Job
This role will focus on expanding Medical Insurance revenue while contributing to the growth of other Retail and SME product lines, such as Motor Insurance, Business Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Home Insurance, and additional relevant offerings, in alignment with the Retail & SME division’s strategic objectives.

Identify and pursue specialized market segments, cultivating familiarity with Medical Insurance and a range of Retail & SME insurance solutions to drive engagement and adoption.
Craft compelling proposals, quotes, presentations, and RFQs to attract and engage prospective clients.
Create innovative strategies to drive business growth, enhance revenue streams, and expand the company’s portfolio.
Foster enduring client relationships to enhance customer retention and identify additional sales prospects.
Develop strategic sales and marketing initiatives, such as tailored activations within current corporate accounts, to foster expansion in retail business operations.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of client requirements and develop customized insurance offerings to meet those needs efficiently.
Collaborate on product development initiatives and assist in the creation of marketing materials designed to reinforce strategic value propositions.
Create and execute strategic marketing campaign calendars in collaboration with diverse cross-functional marketing teams.
Collaborate with medical underwriters, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate the prompt provision of quotations and tailored client solutions.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production, pipeline, and conversion metrics, along with an analysis of both won and lost business opportunities.
