Job Summary
This position serves as a liaison between IT and business teams, focusing on evaluating processes, identifying needs, and providing data-backed recommendations and reports to executives and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and defining system enhancements and specifications to support product updates or significant business initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow processes and maintain high productivity standards. Conduct ongoing evaluations of trends and business methodologies to compile and deliver periodic reports on operational control issues to senior and executive leadership.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum five years of software development experience with at least two years in a leadership role. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or C++. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement efficient algorithms. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated track record of delivering scalable software solutions from conception through production.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Banking, Strategic Management, or a closely related discipline is required.
A Master’s Degree in Business or Information Technology is highly desirable.
A Certified Business Analyst or a Certified Project Manager holding either a PMP or PRINCE2 credential will be considered advantageous.
