Spearhead the creation and evolution of architectural concepts while overseeing projects from initial design through to final completion.
Interpret client specifications to develop precise, practical, and inventive design concepts that effectively meet their needs.
Create comprehensive architectural drawings, technical documentation, and full construction sets encompassing plans, cross-sections, and detailed specifications.
Create compelling 3D visualizations, detailed spatial layouts, and professional presentation materials—including mood boards—to effectively convey and articulate design concepts.
Develop and deliver designs that strictly adhere to established budgets, project schedules, and client specifications.
Perform routine site inspections to ensure construction activities align with the approved design documentation.
Evaluate and authorize shop drawings, material samples, mockups, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Collaborate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to address technical issues and achieve unified design integration.
Maintain adherence to all applicable building regulations, zoning laws, safety standards, and internal quality requirements to ensure full compliance throughout operations.
Responsibilities include managing the interior spatial planning process, with a focus on lighting design, finish specifications, furniture arrangements, and material choices.
Develop and select material palettes and finishes that align with the overarching architectural concept and design vision.

The role requires specific qualifications and a defined set of job specifications. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar capacity. Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Ketchup, Refit, and Archibald, with strong capabilities in 3D rendering tools. Well-versed in MS Office and experienced in utilizing project management software.
Proficiency in building codes, design standards, and regulatory compliance is required.
