Oversee a range of critical duties, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects with precision, fostering collaboration and driving measurable outcomes. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement, while maintaining rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Drive branch sales performance beyond established targets, placing particular emphasis on the expansion of Non-Motor insurance offerings.
Identify, develop, and lead a team of Unit Managers, Marketing Sales Executives, Independent Agents, Bancassurance Executives, Brokers, and support personnel to cultivate and sustain a high-performing workforce.
Develop and execute local implementations of corporate strategies, marketing initiatives, and business development efforts tailored to branch operations.
Foster growth in customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through strategic initiatives and targeted campaigns.
Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, along with three or more years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software tools and systems is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance protocols within the industry is also a prerequisite. Candidates must exhibit a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to adapt to evolving industry trends and technologies.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related discipline is required. Additionally, possession of an insurance diploma from institutions such as the INK or CII is considered beneficial.
Requires a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in branch operations.
Achieves and surpasses established sales objectives while effectively guiding and motivating team members to attain collective and individual goals.
