You will:
Drives the formulation and execution of the trade marketing segment within the annual category plans, overseeing the contract process.
Gathers and analyzes market dynamics and consumer insights segmented by channel to contribute effectively to trade marketing strategic decisions.
Drives the strategic business planning sessions to establish sales quotas, ensuring alignment with annual objectives through structured methodologies and key foundational elements.
Responsible for recommending and driving strategic investment in category building blocks, aligning decisions with specific category and channel requirements, and ensuring flawless execution of initiatives at the point of sale. Develop a six-month commercial strategy for the respective category, covering all markets within the Region of Activities (ROA).
Develop and execute the promotional strategy for the category across various channels and customer segments while ensuring clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.
Assist in developing the selling story for new product development (NPD) and marketing initiatives to ensure successful launch execution and activity implementation.
Conduct a thorough assessment of category performance across various channels and customer segments, followed by clear and concise reporting of findings.
Evaluates the achievement of the Gross to Next (Trade Spend) target within the category against contractual obligations while coordinating the consolidation of category forecasts across various channels and customers.
Oversee category forecasting segmented by channels and customers while consolidating sales inputs into the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to synchronize in-store category and brand advertising initiatives, ensuring flawless and uniform execution across all campaigns.
Develop, expedite, and measure the rollout and impact of innovative product launches, activations, and promotional initiatives, while performing comprehensive post-launch assessments to generate actionable insights for the commercial team.
Oversee operational challenges within the category portfolio—such as SKU code modifications or transitions resulting from code changes—to maintain seamless day-to-day operations across all channels and customer touchpoints.
Develop and implement point of purchase (POP) 5Ps strategies to support the achievement of AC targets and align with the category strategy.
Develop comprehensive Sales Activation Master Plans (SAME) by integrating point-of-sale (POS) materials and visibility strategies, aligned with the 5P Picture of Success framework for each category and market.
Develop and oversee the deployment of POB and POS solutions tailored to their respective categories within ROA markets.
Assist in the annual planning process by providing essential input and support to ensure comprehensive and effective strategy development.
Oversee and execute the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) strategy for designated categories across all markets and channels.
Prepare and release various ROA dashboards and reports spanning all categories.
Maintain the visibility of designated Sales Incentive Programs throughout the fiscal year.
Seeking a candidate with a robust academic background and relevant professional experience in the specified field. The ideal applicant will possess a degree in a related discipline, complemented by several years of hands-on experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector, with a proven track record in Sales, Trade Marketing, and/or Consumer Insights.
We seek candidates with three to five years of hands-on experience in crafting and implementing Shopper and Trade Marketing Activation strategies.
Professional Experience in creating business reporting and KPI dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of channel, customer, and consumer performance.
Proficiency in Nielsen/IRI, as well as retailer-specific systems, would be considered an additional asset.
