This role focuses on direct sales and customer engagement, aiming to retain and expand existing accounts while acquiring new ones—key drivers of revenue. The position involves managing assigned customer accounts consistently, engaging with a broad stakeholder network to gain deeper insights into each client’s needs and tailored solutions. Responsibilities include providing service by diagnosing issues and offering technical guidance, identifying corrective measures, resolving product or application challenges, implementing suitable product applications, and maintaining dosing systems and control equipment. Success will be measured through coordinated service visits and necessary reports for each account and application area, ensuring adherence to high cleaning and hygiene standards. The role requires strong market intelligence to assess both customer demands and competitive dynamics.

Provide proactive account management, ongoing service, and sales growth for assigned accounts within the designated region. Identify and pursue white space opportunities across existing offerings, new products, innovations, and initiatives focused on enhancing sustainability and operational performance—such as reductions in water, energy, and chemical consumption—and, when applicable, solutions that bolster food safety.

Monitor and track performance metrics for designated accounts and assigned regional portfolios using established tools, including sales funnels, quarterly reports, market share analyses, and any additional reports requested by central stakeholders and management. Additionally, identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients by introducing new SKUs and innovative solutions, while also pursuing new customer acquisition to drive growth.

Grow sales within the Lodging Sector by uncovering, evaluating, and pursuing opportunities for both new customer acquisition and expansion among existing clients through strategic product and application recommendations. Additionally, compile and submit monthly reports detailing sales performance and inventory levels.

To gain a comprehensive grasp of the local market landscape and competitive dynamics, monitor competitor activities, and identify unmet customer requirements. Additionally, assess customers’ most critical needs as they pertain to product applications.

The successful candidate will perform or assist with routine and repair dosing operations, as well as the servicing of dosing control equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Additionally, this position entails delivering technical training to customer personnel to ensure proficient and effective operation of the equipment. The role also involves collaborating closely with customer staff to oversee the accurate dispensing of Diverse chemicals, achieving optimal outcomes in alignment with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Product Information Sheets (PIS).

The position will maintain comprehensive documentation of all dosing activities and associated control equipment within the designated accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping of service reports. Additionally, the role will oversee the upkeep of all Planned Maintenance Schedules and promptly address customer breakdowns in accordance with agreed-upon response times.

Handle and address customer dosing and performance emergencies promptly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA) within their designated jurisdictions.

To develop a sustainable funnel for cleaning machines, you will collaborate closely with sector leads to identify Task’s market needs and implement effective execution strategies.

Provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable team in expediting cash collections while maintaining the seamless functioning of all accounts.
