Oversee critical operational tasks, ensuring adherence to established protocols and organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication to achieve departmental goals. Conduct regular evaluations of processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress and drive data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards throughout all operations.

Daily verification and balancing of cash receipts are conducted across riders, branches, and various payment methods to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Monitor rider payments diligently and confirm their accuracy while guaranteeing prompt processing and transfer of collected funds.

Ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances, discrepancies, or compliance issues by proactively engaging with riders and branch offices.

Support calculations for rider remuneration and delivery-related compensation.

Compile daily and weekly reconciliation reports as well as financial summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.

Ensure uniform adherence to cash handling and operational finance procedures across all branches.

Analyze discrepancies, leaks, or inefficiencies in processes and promptly notify appropriate stakeholders to facilitate corrective actions.

Provide assistance to the finance and operations departments by facilitating audits, implementing controls, and driving process enhancements.

Verify the accuracy of operational data by comparing it against platform-generated reports and internal system records to ensure consistency and reliability.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is mandatory. Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ is required. Candidates must possess at least three years of experience in software development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary. Excellent communication abilities are also required.

With a minimum of one to three years of professional experience in finance, reconciliation, audit, accounting, or a closely related field, candidates should bring a solid foundation in financial processes and compliance.

Strong preference is given to candidates with prior experience in reconciliation or audit.

Individuals must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a proactive and accountable approach to deliverables and problem-solving.
