To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

Achieve the targets specified in the quarterly accountability matrix, which are established by the Sales Execution Framework.

Develop and sustain strong, collaborative partnerships with essential stakeholders within designated accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams such as support, service, and management to ensure alignment with account objectives and client expectations.

Accomplish established sales volume and strategic goals for profitability within assigned accounts.

Collaborate in the development of joint strategic account plans, establishing shared performance objectives, financial benchmarks, and pivotal milestones for both one-year and three-year horizons.

Continuously evaluate, elucidate, and confirm client requirements to guarantee alignment with the solutions provided.

Spearhead the development of solutions by collaborating with pertinent internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to exceeding customer expectations while aligning with established company benchmarks for service excellence.

Ensure all mandatory training and development objectives are fulfilled within the designated timeframes.

Drive strategic engagement and secure high-level sponsorship from key stakeholders within designated accounts.

Prepare comprehensive and precise reports on designated metrics, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and meet management’s requirements.

Seeking a candidate with a strong academic background in a relevant field, complemented by proven professional experience in a similar role. The ideal applicant will possess exceptional analytical capabilities, advanced proficiency in industry-specific software, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes. Prior experience in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and process optimization is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively conveying complex information to diverse stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree or an accredited college certification is required.

Requires a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in client management specifically within the IT industry.

Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite applications is required.

Proven expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, including reporting functionalities and operational oversight, is required.
