Seeking a candidate with a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable. The ideal applicant must demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline is required.

A minimum of two to three years of experience in animal feeds sales or an equivalent agricultural sales setting is required. Demonstrated success in the animal feeds sales sector is essential.

With a strong background in field sales, expertise in Route-to-Market (RTM) implementation, and proven skills in territory management, the ideal candidate will bring valuable experience to this role.

Professionals with a background in collaborating with agricultural producers, ago-input suppliers, distributors, and key players across the livestock value chain will find this role particularly suitable.

Proven capability to stimulate secondary sales, oversee collections processes, and consistently meet predetermined sales targets.

A valid driving license would be considered a beneficial asset.

Oversee and execute a range of critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across assigned functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor progress, address challenges, and drive continuous improvement. Prepare detailed reports, analyze performance metrics, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Maintain compliance with policies, regulations, and industry best practices while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Serve as a liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.

Sales Growth & Territory Management: You will be responsible for cultivating sales expansion, meeting and exceeding assigned territory goals, nurturing client relationships, and strengthening market presence by executing strategic field sales initiatives.

Execute route-to-market strategies with precision to guarantee product availability, sustain strong distributor relationships, and drive secondary sales growth within designated territories.

Develop and sustain robust professional relationships with farmers, ago-dealers, distributors, and other critical stakeholders across the livestock value chain.

Collections & Market Intelligence involves overseeing collections in alignment with established company policies, tracking competitor actions, collecting market intelligence, and ensuring precise sales documentation and reporting.
