This full-time, on-site position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, and is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer. The successful candidate will conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on aircraft while upholding aviation regulations and safety protocols. Responsibilities encompass conducting inspections, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, servicing aircraft systems, and meticulously documenting maintenance activities. Holding a valid Class A and Class C driver’s license is mandatory for this role.

Five or more years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance is required.

Type-rated pilots on the Dash 8 and/or Cessna 208 aircraft are required for this position.

A minimum of three years of experience in a managerial capacity within an aviation engineering setting is required.

Management experience, whether at the foundational level or in a supervisory capacity, will serve as an additional benefit.

A pertinent technical qualification or diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or a closely related discipline is required.
