Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; alternatively, equivalent professional experience may be considered. Candidates must demonstrate experience with software development methodologies, system design, and debugging. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in team settings are also necessary. A relevant diploma in General Agriculture, Agricultural Extension, Agribusiness, or an equivalent discipline is required.
Three (3) years of hands-on experience in farm management is required.
Proficiency in settings such as demonstration farms, school-based agricultural programs, community training initiatives, agribusiness operations, or hands-on experiential learning environments constitutes a valuable asset.
Effective verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in fundamental computer applications, are required.
