This position is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Admission Officer located in Nairobi. The selected candidate will support prospective students throughout the admissions journey, addressing their questions, delivering detailed program insights, and leading campus tours or information sessions.

The position entails evaluating applications, confirming documentation, and collaborating with academic and administrative departments to facilitate prompt admission determinations. The incumbent will ensure meticulous documentation of leads and applicants, conduct follow-ups with prospective students, and contribute to both domestic and international recruitment initiatives.

This role involves engaging with the community through outreach events, educational fairs, and school visits, all while delivering a warm and professional experience for every applicant and their family members.

Demonstrated competency with standard office software suites and student information or CRM platforms is essential, while prior experience in admissions or counseling roles is highly desirable.
