CLIP is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Training Administrative Assistant to oversee program coordination, office operations, communication, and marketing efforts for our Leadership Training Programs.
Oversee key responsibilities encompassing the planning, coordination, and execution of critical initiatives to ensure organizational objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Develop and implement strategic frameworks that align with company goals, fostering innovation and sustainable growth. Monitor progress through established metrics, analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and maintain high standards of quality. Manage resources effectively, including budgets and personnel, to optimize operational outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee the daily administrative functions of the office environment.
Organize and schedule meetings, along with subsequent follow-up actions to ensure continuity and accountability.
Oversee all office communications and correspondence to ensure timely, accurate, and professional handling of internal and external interactions.
Develop and execute marketing initiatives while spearheading efforts to attract and enroll participants.
Compiling presentations, reports, and research materials is required.
Facilitate the administration and optimization of digital communication platforms to ensure seamless operation and engagement.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in programming languages including Python and Java, with experience in application development and deployment. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent communication skills for presenting technical information clearly to diverse audiences. Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like Git. Knowledge of network security principles and database management systems is beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, administration, or a closely related field is required.
A master’s degree will provide a competitive edge.
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a related field is required.
Exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential.
Demonstrates exceptional marketing skills, exhibits strong self-motivation, and brings a high level of creativity to the role.
Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications as well as design and publishing tools is required.
Skilled in digital communications, website management, and social media administration, with a strong grasp of practical techniques and strategies.
