As part of this role, you will be tasked with delivering a range of key responsibilities that encompass both strategic and operational duties. Spearhead sales initiatives spanning the MI and NI portfolio throughout East Africa, with a primary emphasis on Tanzania.

Acquire a comprehensive grasp of East African market dynamics, customer strategies, and digital infrastructure priorities.

By discerning and cultivating prospects, we strategically align Nokia’s solutions with the distinct business and technological obstacles encountered by our customers, thereby facilitating impactful conversions.

Develop and implement strategic plans for assigned accounts with the objective of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

Foster robust, trust-based partnerships with senior stakeholders spanning technical, operational, and commercial domains to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Own and oversee the sales pipeline to guarantee precision and consistency in CRM systems.

Orchestrate intricate sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, guiding each opportunity from initial identification through final negotiation and contract execution.

Work collaboratively with multinational and regional colleagues to craft compelling sales strategies and create successful proposals.

Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and technical experts to design and implement customized, value-driven solutions that address client needs and enhance competitive advantage.

Collaborate effectively with delivery and operations teams to synchronize efforts, identify potential risks, and uphold customer satisfaction throughout all processes.

We possess in-depth expertise in Mobile Networks, Digital Infrastructure, and automation technologies, ensuring efficient and optimized system operations.

Possesses a solid grasp of both mobile and fixed network environments, with a specific emphasis on emerging markets.

Achieves and frequently surpasses established sales quotas through consistent performance. Demonstrates a history of delivering measurable results that align with or exceed predefined objectives.

Professionals with a proven track record in software and services sales within the telecommunications or IT sector will be strongly favored for this position.

Seasoned professionals with a proven track record in overseeing partners and ecosystems within extensive transformation initiatives are preferred.

Demonstrates strong expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, particularly Salesforce, alongside advanced proficiency in the complete Microsoft Office suite.

Proficient English language abilities are essential, with proficiency in an additional regional language considered advantageous.

Maintaining unwavering integrity, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability, and upholding the highest standards of professionalism are essential requirements for this role.
