Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes managing daily tasks, overseeing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve set goals. Conduct an assessment of the teams’ overall structures to verify alignment with established best practices guidelines and IF requirements, subsequently identifying actionable measures to ensure adherence.

Responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate selection or placement of staff, carefully considering all organizational priorities, including gender balance, age restrictions, geographical distribution, and core competencies.

Collaborates with the central recruitment team within CHRD to facilitate the execution of suitable recruitment, selection, placement, reappointment, and separation processes.

Lead contract management initiatives by developing and executing robust processes while overseeing contract implementation to ensure adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.

Develop and oversee the staff performance matrix for both HQ central and regional business units, ensuring meticulous planning, preparation, and execution, while maintaining effective and efficient management of staff performance.

Develop and implement human resources strategies as part of change management efforts, crafting comprehensive policies and procedures to guide organizational transitions.

Spearhead specialized initiatives to design innovative tools and frameworks, including the expansion of generic job descriptions to align with evolving office typologies. Evaluate requirements and craft additional job evaluation instruments and related materials.

You will deliver consistent guidance and specialized insights to Regional Administrations and Country Teams regarding restructuring, realignment initiatives, and HR-focused change management, emphasizing meticulous planning and well-defined change strategies; additionally, you will oversee assessments of organizational design components.

Delegated authority is exercised to approve exceptions, with periodic reporting to senior management on decisions rendered. Precedent-setting exceptions are formally recommended to the Board of Management for approval.

Reviews and endorses the classification of posts in accordance with the predetermined delegated authority.

Oversee the preparation and submission of all mandatory, routine, and special reporting obligations in accordance with established guidelines and deadlines.

Are you fluent in multiple languages with a strong grasp of grammar and syntax? Proficiency in at least two languages, including your native tongue, is essential, along with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
