Collection Africa is looking for an experienced IT Manager with strong technical expertise to spearhead our IT operations. In this position, you will oversee the entire IT function, guaranteeing high-performing, secure, and resilient systems while blending strategic leadership with practical systems’ administration. Your responsibilities will include advancing digital transformation initiatives, maintaining cybersecurity protocols, managing enterprise infrastructure, and enhancing our core PRSP/SMS and VoIP/SIP communication platforms to facilitate organizational growth.
Core Resposibilities
The IT Strategy & Infrastructure Management role focuses on developing, implementing, and overseeing an organization’s technology roadmap to align with business objectives while ensuring robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure. Responsibilities include evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing IT systems for performance and cost-efficiency, and leading digital transformation initiatives. The position requires expertise in cloud computing, network architecture, cybersecurity frameworks, and IT governance, along with strong leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise-level communication networks, along with proficiency in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting VoIP, SIP, and unified communications solutions. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position. Additionally, familiarity with industry standards such as ITIL, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks will be highly advantageous.

Demonstrates extensive experience in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
Professional certifications such as CCNA, GCSE, ITIL, CISSP, CISA, and Security+ are highly valued.
Proficiency in PRSP/SMS platforms and VoIP/SIP systems is strongly preferred.
