Key duties involve overseeing daily operations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring project milestones are met in a timely manner. Responsibilities extend to managing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and maintaining compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Additional tasks include fostering a collaborative work environment, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to adapt to dynamic business needs while upholding high performance standards.

We assist in gathering data to support monitoring and evaluation initiatives across all thematic programs, projects, and operational departments.

Guarantee the precision and reliability of data to facilitate robust monitoring and assessment of the institution’s strategic objectives.

Assist with the evaluation of data to monitor the effectiveness of programs, projects, and operational departments.

Assist with maintaining the Reporting Matrix to accurately reflect the status of multiple projects within the ERP system.

Provide support in compiling and preparing reports derived from gathered data, while monitoring the advancement and outcomes of programs, projects, and operational departments to ensure alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Deliver clear, cohesive presentations that effectively communicate the results and impacts derived from quantitative and qualitative data across programs, projects, and functions.

Assist with additional duties and responsibilities as assigned periodically.

We seek candidates who possess strong proficiency in [relevant skills, e.g., project management, data analysis, or software development], coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ideal applicants will hold a [degree or certification, e.g., Bachelor’s in Computer Science or PMP certification] and demonstrate a minimum of [X years] of experience in [industry or role]. A master’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline is required.

Requires robust analytical abilities and demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and report preparation.

Proficient in conveying ideas clearly and effectively through both spoken and written communication is essential.

Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously while efficiently prioritizing and handling concurrent assignments.

Proficiency with the ERP system for managing M&E data is considered a valuable asset in this role.

Demonstrates a strong alignment with AFI DEP’s core values and guiding mission, ensuring all actions and decisions reflect these principles.
