Job Description
Prepare and distribute updated statements of account for debtors to ensure accurate and timely financial communication.
Consistently distribute statements of accounts to all debtors on a regular basis.
Compile and maintain the company’s accounts receivable report to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Craft precise and prompt quotations and invoices for clients.
Frequently provide debtors with updated reports on their account status.
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely receipt of client payments.
Thoroughly examine accounting documents to verify the precision of the information presented.
Provide support in establishing and maintaining robust internal financial control frameworks to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Consistently compile and present updates on the status of debtor accounts to management.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all accounting documents specific to the assigned role or department.
Review monthly processes by verifying and balancing accounts, recording journal entries, and upholding adherence to established accounting standards.
Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and procurement, to guarantee the timely delivery of shipments.
Developing the standard costs associated with products represents a key responsibility of the role.
