To fulfill the designated role, the primary objective is to achieve the established goals and objectives outlined for this position. This position will be part of the Business Analysis and Business Architecture team, collaborating with Business Analysts and Transformation groups to assess business requirements, evaluate processes, and aid in the execution of organizational change projects. The intern will facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams by collecting requirements, recording processes, and assisting in solution design activities.

This internship provides a significant chance to acquire practical experience in business analysis within an international company. The intern will cultivate essential skills in analysis, stakeholder interaction, and problem resolution, while also exploring authentic transformation challenges and understanding the role of business analysis in guiding strategic decisions and organizational improvements.

Principal Accountabilities

Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements, develop process maps and user stories, support data analysis efforts, and contribute to the creation of comprehensive project documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by conducting thorough reviews to verify consistency, completeness, and alignment with established criteria.

Collaborate with the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and project teams to seamlessly incorporate analytical findings into project execution, thereby facilitating successful deployment and the realization of intended value.

Seeking a candidate with a strong background and proficiency in the relevant field. The ideal applicant will possess a minimum of five years of hands-on experience, along with specialized skills pertinent to the role. Key competencies include advanced technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, familiarity with industry-standard tools and software is required, and prior leadership or project management experience is highly desirable.

Currently enrolled in or holding a recently completed bachelor’s degree in a pertinent field, including International Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a closely related area.

Applicants must possess a relevant academic degree in a related field, ensuring a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise. Additionally, professional certifications or licenses pertinent to the position may be required to demonstrate competence and adherence to industry standards. Prior to work experience in a similar role is often essential, as it provides practical insights and proven capabilities.
