The AI Learning Specialist will be pivotal in strengthening the IRC’s ability to leverage AI tools effectively and responsibly throughout its global operations. Deliverables will include embedded learning experiences within workflows, interactive live sessions, and multilingual resources—delivered in formats such as e-learning modules, bite-sized microlearning, practical job aids, and comprehensive guides—serving technical staff, program teams, and leadership across both field and office locations.
