Oversee the Allocation process and collaborate with customers to guarantee their adherence to commitments.

Oversee the full tender handling and contracting cycle while collaborating closely with Tender Contract Management (TCM) to deliver a thorough and competitive proposal to clients.

Collaborate with the appropriate stakeholders to streamline the L&S quoting and contracting process.

Ensure contracts are renewed promptly and managed efficiently throughout their lifecycle.

Interact with customers throughout the entire process—from contract initiation to ensuring their ongoing performance and satisfaction.

Oversee the allocation process for contract fulfillment, both internally and externally.

We assist in resolving issues and actively advance transactional initiatives to support the One Team Sales (ITS) framework.

Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service quality and client experience.
