Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
A professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CISA—or an equivalent credential—is highly desirable.
Seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, internal audit, internal controls, or related governance functions.
Professional Rewriting:
Strong preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
Technical Knowledge: Applicant must possess a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies, compliance monitoring, control testing, and report writing. Expertise in anti-fraud regulations, data protection, labor law, health & safety protocols, and financial controls is also required.
Tech Skills: Demonstrates exceptional computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and foundational data analysis.
