Develop and execute agenda strategies tailored to each channel to align with the company’s objectives for ASOS, SOS, and agencies.

Drive site profitability within the assigned territory by executing localized initiatives and strategic programs tailored to meet performance targets.

Drive the comprehensive people capability strategy across all organizational tiers, encompassing TDRs, Asus, and Commandos.
