Coordinate the scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking of all content to maintain consistency and maximize engagement. Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and stakeholders to refine content themes and optimize posting schedules for optimal reach and impact. Monitor trends, audience insights, and platform analytics to inform data-driven decisions and adjust the content strategy as needed.
Develop and execute comprehensive content capturing both in-store experiences and product showcases, including high-quality photographs, engaging reels, dynamic stories, and user-generated content (UGC)-style videos.
Engage with the community by promptly addressing comments and direct messages while cultivating authentic connections with your audience.
Our role involves discovering and engaging UGC creators and micro-influencers to establish brand partnerships.
Monitor and document content metrics on a weekly basis, including reach, engagement, saves, and conversions.
Provide assistance for in-store activations and events by delivering live coverage and capturing content.
