Minimum Qualifications:

Alternatively, individuals holding a PhD may qualify with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience.
Seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications: a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a similar role, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams are highly desirable. A minimum of six years of professional experience within the banking, financial services, payments, mobile network, or fintech industry is required.
Card payment processing expertise is a fundamental requirement.
A tertiary qualification in business or marketing, with a preference for an MBA, is required.
Able to effectively collaborate with, present to, and engage senior-level international banking professionals.
Proven expertise in Visa and alternative payment systems, along with a deep understanding of card product functionalities and the operational dynamics of payment systems within the relevant markets.
Commercially astute with a strong ability to build interpersonal relationships, effectively influencing stakeholders while demonstrating a deep sensitivity to multicultural contexts.
Accomplished at overseeing diverse indirect reporting structures spanning all tiers of Visa and member organizations.
Proven ability to drive engagement, inspire performance, and cultivate a high-performing team in pursuit of organizational and customer goals.
