Role Purpose
The successful candidate will deliver end-to-end operational, administrative, and servicing support to the agency distribution network. This position guarantees streamlined onboarding processes, precise data handling, flawless commission administration, adherence to regulatory standards, and prompt resolution of agent inquiries. Serving as a pivotal function, the role enhances agent satisfaction, drives operational excellence, and fosters the expansion, productivity, and retention of the agency workforce in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Candidates should possess a strong academic background along with pertinent qualifications relevant to the position.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
A professional insurance qualification, such as the Certificate in Insurance Practice (COP), Insurance Intermediary Knowledge (INK), or Advanced Diploma in Insurance (ACID), or an equivalent credential, would be advantageous.
Requires strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, and a solid grasp of insurance or agency management systems.
Requires a minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in insurance operations, agency administration, or within the financial services sector.
A proven track record in assisting agency or distribution networks would be highly beneficial.
Professional candidates should possess expertise in managing commission processing, handling data management tasks, or providing customer and agent service support.
Proficiency in insurance industry regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
