The Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for ensuring quality service tocustomers, effective utilization of marketing tools and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Meet with clients in person to drive sales.
Pitch and explain the types of financial services we provide to potential clients.
Educate clients and answer questions about products.
Advice clients to ensure that they buy products that best suit them.
Guide clients through the buying process.
Assist in selling various Caritas Microfinance Bank products and ensuring optimal level of customer services through various sales calls on telephone.
Oversee and verify adherence to all sales targets and objectives to maintain organizational standards and achieve desired performance outcomes.
Responsible for overseeing the effective and professional sales of diverse product offerings.
Monitor all customer inquiries and ensure prompt resolution of each issue.
Work collaboratively with clients to deliver comprehensive company plans and services while preparing detailed quotes that encompass all necessary information.
Remain abreast of all competitor offerings, evaluating their respective strengths and weaknesses across product lines and service portfolios to inform strategic decision-making.
Maximize the effectiveness of all available sales tools and resources to achieve peak performance and efficiency.
Maintains comprehensive documentation and accurate records of all sales activities while ensuring timely updates are provided as requested.
Explore emerging market opportunities and innovative methodologies to enhance strategic growth initiatives.
Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives, as deemed necessary by management.
Minimum education and professional experience required include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Candidates must possess at least five years of progressively responsible work experience in a related industry, with a minimum of two years in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-specific software and tools. Familiarity with project management methodologies and regulatory compliance standards is also required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments while maintaining a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Obtain a degree from an accredited institution in any academic discipline.
Professional experience within a financial institution is highly advantageous.
