Collaborate with initiatives to ensure alignment of activities with regional and continental frameworks and climate resilience strategies, such as those established by the African Union (AU) and Regional Economic Communities (RCS).

Play a key role in enhancing evidence-based policy and programming by aiding in the development of data-driven programs, advocating for evidence outputs, and fostering IOM’s involvement in pertinent forums at national, regional, and global levels.

Operational Preparedness & Financing involves ensuring the organization is equipped to handle financial and operational challenges effectively. Provide comprehensive oversight of information management for the RE2CLID program at the program level.

Collaborate effectively with Departmental Technical Management (DTM) teams and designated technical officers across implementing countries to oversee and synchronize programmed-level data and information management activities.

Provide assistance in establishing uniform data tools, templates, and procedures throughout the program to guarantee the comparability of displacement data across different regions.

Qualifications
