What you’ll do
Develop and refine Laser fiche workflows, electronic forms (forms), and organizational processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Automate workflows, including task assignment, routing processes, and approval mechanisms, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Proficiently develop and implement system integrations through the application of SQL queries, API interactions, and custom scripting solutions.
Handle the configuration of metadata, security protocols, and document structures to ensure optimal organization and protection of information assets.
Diagnosing technical problems and optimizing current solutions are essential responsibilities for this role. Additionally, the position requires a thorough evaluation of systems to identify inefficiencies and implementing enhancements to boost performance. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting are critical for success in this position.
What you need
Professionals with at least two years of hands-on involvement in workflow management systems or electronic form solutions—such as Laser fiche, DocuSign, or Adobe—are encouraged to apply.
Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience utilizing Laser fiche, including proficiency in Workflow, Forms, and the Admin Console.
Proficiency in SQL and data validation principles is required.
Exceptional analytical and critical thinking capabilities are required to address complex challenges effectively. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to assess situations thoroughly, identify underlying issues, and implement efficient solutions in a timely manner. Proven expertise in resolving obstacles through logical reasoning and innovative approaches is highly valued.
Proficient expertise in English communication at an advanced level is essential, encompassing both verbal and written proficiency.

Possesses proficiency in programming languages such as C or JavaScript, along with relevant Software Development Kits (SDKs), ensuring the ability to integrate and customize solutions effectively.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Internet Information Services (IIS) is required.
Certified in LCP (Lean Continuous Process), with expertise in optimizing workflows, minimizing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency. Proficient in applying LCP methodologies to identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and drive sustainable improvements. Adept at training teams on LCP principles, facilitating data-driven decision-making, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Skilled in analyzing process performance metrics, developing corrective actions, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
