Rivet Software & Systems LTD is currently searching for a driven and technically proficient POS & ERP Software Training/Sales Executive to strengthen our growing workforce.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for technology, customer education, software demonstrations, and sales. Responsibilities include instructing clients on our POS and ERP systems, delivering product presentations, assisting with system implementations, and contributing to customer base expansion.

Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and operational standards. Lead critical projects, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategic improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, address challenges, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability. Maintain meticulous documentation, adhere to compliance protocols, and report progress to stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Seasoned professionals will provide comprehensive training to clients on the utilization of Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software systems, ensuring a thorough understanding of their functionalities and optimal operation.

You will deliver engaging software demonstrations, facilitate informative presentations, and lead detailed product walkthroughs to showcase features and functionalities effectively.

Facilitate the implementation and seamless onboarding of software solutions to ensure smooth integration into existing workflows and user adoption.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required; 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably with expertise in Java or Python; familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in version control systems like Git; understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture preferred.

A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Marketing, or Business is required.

Individuals must possess a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, or a closely related business discipline.
