Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience is necessary, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a closely related discipline is required.

Obtaining a recognized professional certification, such as CAPS, CSCP, or KISS, is a key requirement for this position.

Membership in an accredited professional organization, such as CAPS, CSCP, or KISS, and maintaining active, compliant status is required.

You must possess a current, active professional license to practice in the relevant field.

A minimum of eight years of relevant professional experience is required, including at least three years in a leadership role, ideally within the healthcare industry.
