Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience is necessary, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards is essential. Expertise in ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, is highly preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial modeling is required.
