The Role
Specifically, the ideal candidate will be tasked with fulfilling the following responsibilities and requirements:
Responsible for overseeing the leadership of consultant, contractor, and supplier relationships while ensuring strict adherence to contract compliance across all agreements.
Oversee the Bank’s property portfolio with a focus on robust security measures and meticulous maintenance standards.
Implementing uniform architectural standards for bank facilities and integrating eco-friendly solutions such as solar power, sensor-controlled lighting, and HVAC systems.
Enhance data center power efficiency metrics, specifically focusing on DUE, by implementing strategies such as server virtualization, deactivating underutilized servers, and optimizing air-cooling systems.
Develop economically efficient construction and refurbishment approaches while maximizing cost optimization.
Responsibilities include meticulously verifying consultants’ payment certificates by cross-referencing them with comprehensive valuation reports for both services and builders’ works.
Prepare comprehensive and accurate documentation for both active and finalized projects, including contracts, performance bonds, and all additional requisite paperwork.
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to facilitate discussions and meetings concerning construction or alterations, while serving as a liaison with management.
Prepare strategic budgetary proposals to support construction and refurbishment initiatives for premises.
Ensure adherence to statutory health and safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate effectively with Marketing and Customer Service teams to refine and elevate the visual identity and customer experience standards of our Branch locations.
Verify that all works undergo thorough checking, verification, inspection, and valuation processes prior to the processing of supplier payments.
Ensure facilities and premises consistently meet high standards to mitigate potential losses caused by inadequate maintenance.
You are responsible for managing capital expenditure to ensure projects adhere to the agreed-upon budget, timelines, and quality standards throughout both the design and implementation phases, as well as during supervision.
Facilitate the successful execution of both existing and newly launched initiatives.
Foster and maintain an environment of excellence and high performance within the department.
Track and analyze internal performance metrics across various spending segments and categories to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
Drive ongoing enhancements in performance and operational excellence through a steadfast commitment to continuous improvement.
Strict compliance with all regulations, statutes, standards, and both internal processes and procedures—drawn from applicable manuals—is mandatory, alongside full adherence to relevant external legislation.

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
Proven expertise spanning more than five years in Projects & Facilities Management.
A degree in Civil Engineering, Building Economics, or Architecture is required.
