Your mission:

This position is tasked with overseeing the account management of designated reseller accounts while fostering strong relationships with key clients to drive sales growth within the Epsom product portfolio.

What you will do:

Manage relationships with designated non-‘Field Managed’ reseller accounts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Deliver measurable results by exceeding assigned Key Performance Indicators, including a 40% year-over-year account growth, adherence to established talk time benchmarks, and attainment of effective call targets.

Utilizing promotions and campaigns as engagement tactics, cold call potential resellers to assess their suitability as prospects and evaluate the strength of each lead. Qualify these leads thoroughly, guiding them through the sales process until closure, while collaborating with other departments to facilitate and secure the transaction.

Duties include identifying opportunities to promote and enhance customer engagement with our comprehensive product offerings through strategic upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Assisting resellers in reaching their rebate targets when enrolled in a partner program, while ensuring alignment with Epsom’s requirements to maximize their business benefits.

Striving to elevate accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status represents a key objective.

To maintain pipeline visibility, proactively identify and advance opportunities while ensuring they are promptly and accurately updated in the forecast system.

Engage business unit leaders in discussions regarding significant opportunities to guarantee the availability of stock.

Attend events, including shows, exhibitions, and solution briefings, as required, serving as an Epsom representative.

Prospect potential resellers who may qualify for Plus Silver accreditation.
