Oversee the organisation’s medical scheme and pension/provident fund, coordinating with insurance administrators for processing reimbursements, facilitating new enrolments, and managing member removals.
Responsibilities include administering employee leave records and ensuring timely updates to the Human Resources Information Management System (RIMS) to maintain accurate reporting, in addition to generating monthly organizational charts.
Oversee the performance management system, verifying that all critical dates and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Oversee the administration of contracts for volunteers, temporary staff, and interns to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

HR Compliance & Turnaround Time – Achieving a 95% completion rate for HR processes, including contracts, confirmations, payroll updates, and leave records, with full accuracy and adherence to agreed deadlines. The objective is to maintain a 95% or higher on-time completion rate while ensuring zero statutory compliance breaches.
Graduates who successfully complete career readiness sessions represent a key metric for Career Readiness Engagement.
Provided career coaching services, including resume and interview preparation, as well as LinkedIn optimization, leading to a noticeable boost in employment confidence. The objective is to ensure that 90% of graduates within each cohort receive personal coaching.
The tracking database achieves 85% completeness in recording updated employment statuses for graduates at the 3-, 6-, and 12-month milestones. The objective is to maintain a data completeness rate of 85% or higher for each cohort cycle.
