Oversee daily operations to ensure adherence to established guidelines and policies. Develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate progress and make data-driven decisions to optimize workflows. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support professional development and align individual goals with organizational objectives. Staying abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and compliance requirements that govern corporate operations, while promptly informing management of any significant changes or updates to ensure strategic alignment and risk mitigation.

Maintain accurate and organized minutes records to ensure comprehensive documentation of meetings.

Assist in the organization and coordination of board meetings and annual general meetings as required.

Prepare agendas and schedules for both board meetings and annual general meetings, ensuring timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure all statutory declarations are filed in compliance with legal requirements.

Maintain an accurate and current register of directors and the company secretary.

Assist the Company Secretary in maintaining the prompt distribution of Board materials.

Prepare and submit regulatory reports and correspondence punctually to meet all required deadlines.

Guarantee that all statutory filings are submitted promptly and in accordance with legal deadlines to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Conducting periodic evaluations of governance documents is required.

Assist the Company Secretary with the preparation of board materials and contribute to various other responsibilities as assigned.

Assist in organizing and delivering training programs aimed at educating both new and current directors on corporate governance principles, their roles, and responsibilities.

Provide assistance to the Company Secretary in offering guidance to the Board concerning legal, governance, accounting, and tax-related issues.

Job Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software applications, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in a similar role, a proven track record of meeting deadlines, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development are required. Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrate adaptability to evolving industry trends and technological advancements.

Job Requirements: Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this role.
