A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or an equivalent discipline is required.

Proven expertise in paint formulations and manufacturing procedures is essential for this role.

Seasoned leadership capabilities, coupled with sharp analytical acumen and adept operational management expertise, are essential.

Skilled in production planning, quality management systems, and adherence to safety regulations.

Demonstrated expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and the full suite of Microsoft Office applications is required for this role.

Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies, process optimization techniques, and adherence to ISO standards is highly desirable.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in executing key responsibilities with precision and expertise. Your primary duties will include overseeing critical projects, managing cross-functional collaborations, and ensuring adherence to organizational objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, developing strategic solutions, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. This position demands a proactive approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Oversee the daily manufacturing operations of paint, including production scheduling, resource allocation, batching, mixing, grinding, tinting, and packaging, while ensuring that production targets are met efficiently.

Ensure adherence to stringent quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and manufacturing guidelines while spearheading ongoing enhancements, minimizing waste, and optimizing operational performance.

Provide strategic direction and oversight to production teams while collaborating closely with procurement, maintenance, warehouse, quality assurance, and supply chain departments to maximize equipment efficiency and uphold maintenance standards.

Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track plant productivity, downtime, KPIs, and operational performance while compiling detailed production and management reports.
