Role Purpose

The position requires delivering full-scale operational, administrative, and service support to the agency distribution network. It guarantees seamless onboarding processes, precise data handling, smooth commission settlements, adherence to regulatory standards, and prompt resolution of agent inquiries. This role is pivotal in elevating agent satisfaction, optimizing operational workflows, and fostering the expansion, efficiency, and retention of the agency workforce, all in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Candidates must possess a strong academic foundation and relevant qualifications, including an advanced degree in a related field and specialized certifications where applicable. Prior experience in research, teaching, or a professional capacity within the discipline is highly valued. A proven track record of scholarly contributions, such as publications or conference presentations, is often required, along with demonstrated expertise in specific methodologies or frameworks central to the role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential to succeed in this position.

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a related discipline is required for this position.

A professional insurance qualification, such as COP, INK, ACID, or an equivalent credential, will be considered a beneficial asset.

Demonstrates advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel, alongside practical experience with insurance and agency management systems.

Seeking candidates with at least two years of hands-on experience in insurance operations, agency administration, or financial services.

Proficiency in providing assistance to agency or distribution networks will be highly advantageous.

Proficiency in managing commission processing, overseeing data management systems, or delivering exceptional customer and agent service is essential.

Regulatory compliance experience within the insurance sector is advantageous.
