Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency, managing a team of professionals to achieve departmental objectives, and developing strategic plans to enhance productivity and performance. The role entails analyzing key metrics to identify trends, addressing operational challenges, and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards. Additionally, it involves maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Monitor financial transactions, merchant behavior, and ATM operations vigilantly to detect any suspicious or irregular activities, promptly investigating flagged transactions and addressing potential fraud risks or scams to mitigate financial losses.

Merchant & Third-Party Oversight: Monitor and evaluate merchant and third-party agent activities by assessing transactions, operational workflows, online platforms, product offerings, and service deliverables to verify adherence to regulatory standards and scheme-specific guidelines.

Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Oversee merchant screening processes and payment intelligence alerts, assist with fraud investigations, document and escalate suspicious activities, and deliver strategic recommendations aimed at minimizing fraud, chargebacks, and operational risks—all while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Ensure the precision and integrity of data recorded within acquisition systems, meticulously maintaining records and reports of suspicious activities and the results of investigations.

Engage stakeholders by coordinating with internal teams and external industry bodies to gather essential data, deliver expert advice on fraud and chargeback matters, and assist in fulfilling reporting duties to regulatory and industry entities.

Requirements

Seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in the relevant field, along with strong educational credentials to match. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise through a minimum of [X] years in a comparable role, supported by specialized training or certifications where applicable.
