Lead a team of two AI Ops Engineers, overseeing their project delivery, fostering their professional growth, and managing their daily operations.
Efficiently prioritize tasks by adeptly managing competing requests from various teams, employing a structured prioritization framework that you will contribute to developing and refining.
Develop and deploy automations and intelligent agents designed to enhance the efficiency and productivity of both internal teams and customer-facing personnel.
Maintain the robustness and reliability of the AI tooling infrastructure amid scaling operations to support over 2,500 employees.
To remain abreast of evolving artificial intelligence tools and innovations, evaluate their practical applications and discern between transient trends and substantive advancements.
Assist in enhancing AI training initiatives across the broader organization, with a particular focus on Engineering teams.
Technical Environment
Proficient in AI and agentic frameworks, including Claude, Claude Code, Anthropic tooling, Lang Chain, MCP, and Google ADK (or comparable agentic solutions).
Automation and prototyping tasks include scripting, workflow tool development, AI-assisted programming, and rapid prototyping using platforms such as Tercel and Railway.
Enterprise Tooling encompasses the implementation and management of identity automation solutions through Entry, alongside the development and oversight of internal platforms, with a focus on seamless integrations with Notion and HiBob. This role demands expertise in automating identity processes, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring cohesive connectivity between disparate platforms to enhance operational efficiency and data consistency across the organization.
Twelve months have already passed since the deployment of automation solutions utilizing Claude, Notion, HiBob, and Entry, which are currently operational in a production environment.

Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is necessary. Candidates should possess a proven track record in project management, with expertise in overseeing cross-functional teams. Strong proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning is essential. Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the [industry/field], is highly desirable. You should possess practical experience in creating automations, including scripting, workflow tools, or AI-assisted development.
