Seeking a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in project management, capable of overseeing multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines. Must possess strong analytical skills to assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies, along with exceptional communication abilities to liaise with stakeholders and team members. Requires proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, as well as a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is mandatory, and additional certifications are highly desirable.

Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative Business, Community Development, Disaster Risk Management, Sustainable Development, or a closely related field, earned from The Co-operative University of Kenya.
Must reside in one of the designated study counties.
You must have access to either a smartphone or a tablet.
Proficiency in the primary language of the study region is essential.
You must commit to being present for the entire duration of the training and data collection phases.
Professional experience as a previous enumerator is considered beneficial.
