Direct Sales Representatives will deliver exceptional customer service while leveraging marketing resources to meet and exceed sales objectives. They will engage clients face-to-face to foster sales growth, ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets.

We engage with prospective clients to clearly articulate and promote the diverse range of financial services our firm offers.

Educate clients regarding product details and address any inquiries they may have effectively.

Provide personalized guidance to clients, assisting them in selecting the most suitable products tailored to their individual needs and preferences.

Assist clients in navigating the purchasing journey, ensuring a smooth and informed transaction from start to finish.

Support clients by promoting an array of Caritas Microfinance Bank offerings and delivering exceptional service standards through proactive telephone-based sales interactions.

Ensure strict adherence to and fulfillment of all sales objectives, maintaining full compliance throughout all operations.

Oversee the professional sale of a diverse range of products with expertise and efficiency.

Ensure all customer inquiries are monitored and addressed with prompt responses.

Liaise with clients to deliver comprehensive company plans and services, ensuring precise quotation of all pertinent details.

Stay abreast of competitor offerings and evaluate their respective strengths and weaknesses to inform strategic decision-making.

Leverage all available sales tools and resources to their fullest capacity.

You are responsible for accurately documenting and managing all sales activity records while ensuring timely updates to meet specified requirements.

Conduct thorough analyses to identify emerging market opportunities and innovative techniques.

Assigned duties may include additional responsibilities aligned with organizational goals and objectives, as determined by management.

Qualifications and experience requirements include a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Candidates must possess at least three years of relevant professional experience in the specified domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in industry-standard software and tools. Additionally, excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Earned a degree from an accredited institution in any academic discipline.

Experience within a financial institution would be highly beneficial.

Demonstrates strong proficiency in customer care, ensuring clients receive attentive and professional assistance.

Computer literacy

Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in previous roles.

Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities are essential, enabling clear articulation of ideas, active listening, and effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across diverse levels.

Possess a composed and determined demeanor, demonstrating unwavering self-assurance and adaptability in dynamic situations.
