Job Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and meticulous Associate Lead Data Manager to supervise data management operations spanning various clinical projects. In this capacity, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality data, consistent with sponsor expectations, while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, research sites, and external stakeholders.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless business functions, including managing daily workflows, coordinating cross-departmental tasks, and maintaining high standards of productivity. Duties encompass leading project teams, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The position involves overseeing budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Additionally, serve as a liaison between senior management and staff, facilitating clear communication and alignment with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to accurately determine and document the essential requirements for study setup.

Oversee the establishment, configuration, and verification of databases to support robust study frameworks and maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Facilitate the validation and deployment of newly integrated devices to ensure seamless operational integration.

Conduct continuous data cleansing procedures to maintain precise, prompt, and high-standard outputs.

Deliver all outputs in strict adherence to established quality benchmarks and client-specific expectations.

Provide guidance and support to onboard and develop new employees, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

Facilitate internal study meetings, engage in sponsor meetings, and assist with audits and study initiation processes.

Monitor project advancement, assess potential risks, and execute corrective measures in coordination with the Data Team Lead (DTL).

Provide guidance on database modifications and facilitate the integration of emerging technologies to enhance system capabilities.

Work collaboratively with development teams to spearhead process enhancements and automation projects.

Ensure adherence to all mandatory training sessions and electronic Standard Operating Procedures (ESOP).

Provide specialized knowledge to the creation, evaluation, and ongoing refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

Foster seamless, two-way communication with leadership, line managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

Seeking a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in financial analysis or reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced knowledge of financial software are essential. Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with GAAP standards and experience with ERP systems are preferred.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in Life Sciences, a Postgraduate in Science, or a Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent).

Demonstrates a comprehensive grasp of the drug development lifecycle and the broader clinical research methodologies.

Fluency in both spoken and written English is required.

Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential.

Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the capacity to manage complex tasks efficiently and address challenges methodically.

Proven ability to communicate effectively and manage relationships with stakeholders is essential.

Proven capability to oversee numerous projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines within a dynamic and rapidly evolving setting.
