What We Are Looking For

We uphold stringent standards to ensure alignment with the elevated expectations of our global clientele.

Technical Fluency: Strong proficiency or demonstrated expertise in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with solid experience in data-driven analysis and spreadsheet modeling. Proven ability to manage both internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors. Additionally, adept at leveraging AI-assisted workflows for enhanced efficiency.

Characterized by a proactive approach, intellectual integrity, and adaptability in challenging circumstances, this role demands the capacity to deliver exceptional results autonomously. A strong emphasis is placed on evaluating mindset alongside performance, ensuring alignment with these core attributes.

Submit your resume and a concise written response (no more than 500 words) addressing the following scenario: “A client in the Middle East has commissioned a mixed-use commercial tower with a requirement for structural completion within 18 months from project mobilization. The MEP subcontractor has advised a 4-week delay in rough-in activities on levels 12–18 due to postponed shop drawing approvals. Additionally, the façade contractor’s schedule is organized in a floor-by-floor progression commencing from Level 10 upwards. Identify three critical-path risks stemming from this delay and present one mitigation strategy for each scenario.
