About the role

As the primary operations specialist, you will oversee critical functions, ensuring seamless workflows and adherence to protocols. Your responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, optimizing processes, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with organizational objectives while identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop and nurture strong connections with both clients and freight partners to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration.

Achieve high customer service and proper transporter management

Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from suppliers to end recipients, ensuring efficient logistics and delivery processes.

To streamline transportation operations, design and refine route plans that reduce expenses while enhancing overall performance.

Demonstrate strong and clear communication skills with customers, transporters, and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and information exchange.

Introduce and execute enhancements to operational workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges in a timely manner to maintain seamless workflow efficiency.

Your qualifications

Seeking candidates with a university degree and up to two years of post-graduate professional experience, with preference given to those with start-up backgrounds. Educational background is flexible—what matters most are your commitment, ethical standards, adaptability, and drive.
