Role Purpose
The individual in this position will deliver full operational, administrative, and servicing support to the agency distribution network. They will oversee seamless onboarding processes, maintain precise data records, streamline commission disbursements, ensure adherence to regulatory standards, and address agent inquiries promptly and effectively. This role is instrumental in elevating agent satisfaction, optimizing operational workflows, and driving the expansion, efficiency, and retention of the agency force in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Candidates must possess a strong academic foundation and relevant professional qualifications in their field of expertise. A degree from an accredited institution in a discipline pertinent to the role is essential. Additionally, any specialized certifications or advanced training that align with the position’s requirements are highly valued.
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
Professional insurance certification, such as COP, INK, ACID, or equivalent qualifications, would be highly desirable.
Requires strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel, along with a working knowledge of insurance or agency management systems.
We seek candidates with at least one to two years of professional experience in insurance operations, agency administration, or financial services.
Professional Rewriting:
Having prior experience in assisting agency or distribution channels would be highly beneficial.
Professional Rewriting:
Demonstrated expertise in managing commission processing, handling customer and agent service inquiries, and maintaining accurate data records is essential.
