Requirements
A minimum of twelve years of progressively responsible work experience in a relevant field is required, including at least three years serving in the capacity of Principal Digital Health Officer or an equivalent role.
A relevant bachelor’s degree is required in Health Informatics, Health Information Systems, Health Records and Information Science, Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Epidemiology, Health Economics and Policy, Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Systems, Data Science and Analytics, or Computer Science.
A master’s degree is required in Health Informatics, Health Information Systems, Health Records and Information Science, ICT, Epidemiology, Health Economics and Policy, Statistics, Biostatistics, Health Systems, Data Science and Analytics, or Computer Science.
Registered with the appropriate and accredited regulatory authority, as required.
Holders must possess a Leadership certificate earned over a minimum four-week duration from an accredited institution.
Demonstrates strong competency in utilizing a range of computer software and applications efficiently to accomplish tasks and streamline workflows.
Achieved commendable results through outstanding work performance, as evidenced by a strong track record of merit and capability.

A valid Certificate of Good Conduct issued by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is required.
