Support the advancement of Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and Kaiden methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct a thorough examination of production and operational data to pinpoint inefficiencies and potential areas for enhancement.
Develop and maintain dynamic reports and interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI and Microsoft’s suite of tools to deliver data-driven insights efficiently.
Conduct collaborative problem-solving sessions and lead improvement workshops to drive innovative solutions and operational enhancements.
Facilitate the organization’s digital transformation within the manufacturing environment by spearheading the introduction, implementation, and optimization of advanced digital factory systems and applications.
Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Safety, and other cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and enhance operational synergy.
Collaborate with the operations team to monitor factory performance metrics and operational key performance indicators.
Drive innovation in waste minimization, streamline processes, and enhance operational productivity through proven best practices.
Attend daily, weekly, and operational review meetings to ensure alignment with departmental objectives and facilitate timely decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
Possesses exceptional analytical capabilities and a proven ability to resolve complex issues efficiently. Demonstrates a methodical approach to identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions with precision and thoroughness.
Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on advanced Excel skills, is essential for success in this role.
