TUTORIAL FELLOW, GRADE 11 – REF: KU/ADM/TF/BOT/04/2026 (1 POSITION OPEN)

We are seeking a dedicated Tutorial Fellow for Grade 11 to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized mentorship and academic support to students in Grade 11. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions, assisting with homework and assignments, and preparing students for exams. The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, possess at least two years of teaching or tutoring experience, and demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with curriculum development and student assessment techniques is an added advantage. The position is a full-time role, and the candidate will report to the Head of the Tutorial Department.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Possess a Master of Science degree in Plant Science, specializing in XXX or XXX, from an accredited and recognized university.

Earned a Bachelor’s degree in XXX and XX or XXX from an accredited and recognized university.

Eligible candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or an equivalent doctoral-level qualification.

Applicants must either hold current registration or be eligible for registration with the applicable professional body, as determined by the specific jurisdiction or industry standards.

Candidates possessing teaching and research experience within an institution of higher education will be at a distinct advantage.
